Marinated Canadian Style Chicken



1. Combine lemon juice and seasoning in a large zip-top bag. Add olive oil, close bag and shake to mix thoroughly.

2. Add chicken to bag, reseal and let marinate in refrigerator for 1-3 hours.

3. Remove chicken from marinade; discard remaining marinade or use for basting during first half of cooking.

4. Grill, bake or broil as desired.
