Lemon Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 (1 lb.) box powdered sugar (about 4½ cups)
- 2 tsp. Sauer's Pure Lemon Extract
- ¼ cup milk, plus more if needed
Preparation
1. Combine butter and powdered sugar in a medium bowl, then add extract and milk, beating until smooth.
If frosting is too thick, add more milk, 1 teaspoon at a time until desired consistency is reached.
