Fajitas
Ingredients
- 1 lb. skirt steak, cut into thin strips
- 2 tsp. to 1 Tbsp. Sauer's Steak Rub
- 1 large onion, cut into strips
- 1 bell pepper, cut into strips
- Tortillas
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Preparation
1. Sprinkle rub over meat.
2. Cook in a skillet over medium-high heat until almost done.
3. Add onion and bell pepper and continue cooking until meat is done and vegetables are beginning to soften.
4. Serve meat and vegetables with tortillas, lime wedges and desired garnishes such as sour cream, salsa and guacamole.
