Easy Stir-Together Brownies

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ cup sifted flour
- ⅓ cup sifted cocoa
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. oil
- 2 egg whites, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Pure Vanilla Extract
- ⅓ cup chopped English or black walnuts
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F
2. In a medium bowl, sift together sugar, flour, cocoa, and salt; set aside.
3. In a small bowl, beat together oil, egg whites, and vanilla; add to dry ingredients, mixing well. Fold in walnuts.
4. Spoon into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan, spreading batter evenly. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Do not overbake.
5. Cool and cut into 2 x 2½-inch brownies.
