Easy Beef and Vegetable Slow Cooker Soup
Ingredients
- 1 lb. lean ground beef, crumbled or 1 lb. stew meat
- 2 lbs. mixed, frozen vegetables (such as corn, carrots, peas, green beans), thawed
- 1½ tsp. Sauer's Italian Seasoning, or more to taste
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Garlic Powder
- 1 (64 oz.) bottle vegetable-tomato juice
Preparation
1. Combine all ingredients, except vegetables, in slow cooker.
2. Cover and cook on high 4 hours or on low 8 hours. During last 30 minutes of cooking, add the thawed vegetables.
