Dilled Russian Dressing
Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine vinegar (see note)
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Dill Weed
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Instant Minced Onion
- ½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- ¼ tsp. Sauer's Ground Black Pepper
- ¼ cup oil
Preparation
1. In a blender or food processor container, combine all ingredients except oil; cover and whiz or process at medium speed for a few seconds. With the motor running, gradually add oil, beating until smooth.
Note: Rice wine vinegar is available in the Asian section of most grocery stores.
Note: dressing may be prepared by hand, as previously directed, beating or whisking with a wire whisk.
