Coconut Macaroons

Ingredients
- 1 (14 oz.) package sweetened, shredded coconut
- ¼ cup plus 2 Tbsp. flour
- ⅔ cup sugar
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Coconut Flavor
- 4 egg whites
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 325°F.
2. Combine coconut, flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
3. Add flavor and egg whites and stir until well combined.
4. Drop rounded tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, about 1 inch apart.
5. Bake for about 20 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
6. Remove from baking sheets and cool completely.
For an extra-special treat, once cooled, dip bottoms into melted chocolate and let cool before enjoying.
