Cinnamon Spiced Candied Nuts

Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 4 cups walnut or pecan halves
- 1 cup brown sugar
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Red Pepper
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Cinnamon
- Pinch salt, or more to taste
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients, set aside.
3. In a large bowl combine nuts and egg white. Add to a large zip-top bag with the dry ingredients. Toss until evenly distributed.
4. Spread across greased cookie sheet and bake until golden, about 20 minutes.
5. When cool, pack in an airtight jar. They will keep at room temperature for at least 2 weeks.
