Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup old fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- ¼ cup grated carrots
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. Sauer's Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Cinnamon
- Scant ¼ tsp. Sauer's Ground Nutmeg
- 2 Tbsp. raisins
- 2 Tbsp. chopped walnuts or pecans, optional
Preparation
1. Place all ingredients, except nuts, in a bowl or Mason jar and mix until well combined.
2. Store covered in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Give a quick stir before eating; top with chopped nuts if desired. Recipe makes 1 serving.
