Broccoli Cheddar Dip

Ingredients
- 1 package (300 g.) broccoli, frozen, chopped
- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 cup Sauer's Mayonnaise
- 1 package (77 g.) leek soup mix
- ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation
1. In colander, rinse frozen broccoli under warm water to thaw; squeeze lightly to drain well.
2. In medium bowl, combine broccoli with remaining ingredients. Stir until well combined.
3. Cover and chill at least 2 hours to blend flavors
