Banana Spice Breakfast Cookies

Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed ripe banana
- ½ cup peanut butter
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Ground Cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. Sauer's Ground Nutmeg
- ⅛ tsp. salt
- ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
- ¼ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- ¼ cup brown sugar, lightly packed
Preparation
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease 2 baking sheets.
2. In a large bowl, mash the banana with the peanut butter until smooth. Then stir in the remaining ingredients until well combined.
3. Drop cookies onto the cookie sheet using a rounded tablespoon, spacing them about 1-2 inches apart. Bake for 15 minutes or until cookies are a light golden brown.
4. Allow to cool 10 minutes before removing from the baking sheet.
