Banana Nut Pancakes


  • 3 cups prepared pancake batter
  • 1 ripe banana, mashed
  • 1 Tbsp. Sauer's Banana Flavor
  • ¾ cup pecans, chopped
  • Additional banana slices and pecans for garnish


1. Prepare pancake batter according to package directions.

2. Add banana, flavor and nuts, stirring gently to combine.

3. Heat griddle or frying pan over medium heat.

4. Coat the griddle with nonstick cooking spray or butter, then pour batter onto griddle using ¼ cup per pancake.

5. Cook as directed on pancake mix package.
