Banana Nut Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- ½ cup old-fashioned rolled oats
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup or brown sugar
- ¼ tsp. Sauer's Pure Vanilla Extract
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Ground Cinnamon
- ½ of a banana, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. sliced almonds
- 1 Tbsp. shredded coconut, optional
Preparation
1. Place oats, milk, syrup, vanilla and cinnamon in a bowl or mason jar; mix until well combined. Place banana slices on top.
2. Store covered in the refrigerator overnight.
3. Before eating, give a quick stir and top with almonds and add coconut, if desired. Recipe makes 1 serving.
