Baked Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- Sauer's Garlic Flavored Seasoning Salt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- ¼ cup flour
- 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Sprinkle pork chops with seasoning salt.
3. Place eggs, flour and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.
4. Dip pork chops in flour to lightly coat, dip in egg, and then coat with breadcrumbs.
5. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. When oil is hot, carefully add pork chops to pan and fry until brown on both sides.
6. Remove pork chops from pan and place in a baking dish.
7. Cover baking dish with foil. Bake for about 1 hour or until done.
