Baked Garlic Parmesan Cauliflower Wings

Ingredients for Wings:
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. Sauer's Garlic Powder
- 1 tsp. Sauer's Basil Leaves
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Crushed Red Pepper
- ½ cup plus 1 Tbsp. whole milk, divided
- 1 head of cauliflower (about 4 cups florets), stalks removed and florets cut into bite-sized pieces
Ingredients for Garlic Parmesan Dipping Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. grated parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. Sauer's Garlic Powder
Preparation
Wings:
1. Preheat the oven to 450 °F and generously oil a large baking sheet.
2. In a large mixing bowl, mix the flour, cheese, salt, garlic powder, basil and crushed red pepper.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of milk to the flour mixture and stir to disperse the milk, making small clumps or flakes of flour mixture; set aside.
4. In another large bowl, add the cauliflower and pour in the remaining ½ cup milk. Stir to coat.
5. Take a few pieces of cauliflower at a time from the milk and coat them in the flour mixture. Place on the oiled baking sheet, leaving about an inch between pieces. Continue coating cauliflower until all pieces are done.
6. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown, flipping half way through. Serve with the dipping sauce.
Dipping Sauce:
1. In a small mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together until smooth. Serve alongside wings as a dipping sauce.
