Sauer Brands owns the copyright in all of the Sites. All rights reserved. Any unauthorized redistribution or reproduction of any material taken from any of the Sites is strictly prohibited. Sauer Brands owns many registered and unregistered trademarks (including without limitation Sauer’s®, Duke’s®, BAMA®, The Spice Hunter®, Master Chef®) which may not be used without first obtaining written permission. All other trademarks, product names, and company names and logos appearing on the Sites are the property of their respective owners.

Limited License

The information and materials provided on the Sites (the “Content”) is provided as a service. You may only access, print, and use the Content if you include the Internet address and retain all proprietary rights notices appearing on such materials, and your use is restricted to your or your company’s own internal use. For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for shipment.


We will notify you via email of your refund once we have received and processed the return item. Please note that we will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error.

Governing Law

The TOU are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without giving effect to its conflict of laws provisions. The TOU constitutes the entire agreement between Sauer Brands and you with respect to your use of the Sites. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of the Sites must be commenced in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction located in the Eastern District of Virginia within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises, and by your use of any Site you consent to personal jurisdiction in such courts. If any provision of the TOU is held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions will not be affected or impaired. The provisions of the TOU are severable. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of the TOU shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
